• Land Information New Zealand Fee on registering transfer of the property into your name – $90.00
• Land Information New Zealand Fee on registering the new mortgage on your title $90.00
• Office costs – includes cellphone calls, photocopying, forms, SDCP fee, PPSR search, title search/guaranteed title search
• Any costs payable to third parties
• Any costs incurred outside a “routine” conveyance.  If this occurs I will advise you of the cost and the reason for this.
